I read on here about a singing group with a song named "Bruno Mars". Bruno cannot sue them for infringement unless: (1) his name is trademarked with the TM symbol and is filed with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (there is no proof that his name is trademarked), and (2) Bruno already stole from a lot of ol skool artists anyway, so there's legal shit on his end as we speak. Lawsuit? Nah, don't think so. He doesn't have a strong enough position to do that. Just speaking truth =)

Maybe its a good thing Bruno didn’t sue (even if he could) because he wouldn’t get a dime out of them…..OOPS
